The Bot Post (“we”, “us”) operates thebotpost.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Newsletter email addresses — if you subscribe, we store your email address to send you our newsletter. We use it for nothing else, and you can request removal through our contact page.
  • Analytics data — we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand which articles are read. This uses optional cookies only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Analytics can process identifiers and technical information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and referral source. We use the resulting reports to understand readership.
  • Server logs — our hosting providers automatically process standard technical data (IP address, browser user agent) for security and operations.

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. You can request newsletter removal at any time, request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out via our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we honor them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
